MICROPROCESSOR TOP-5000

Total process control microprocessor, with a screen for a graphic programs visualisation. It's an equipment totally configurable, which make his application easier in numerous industries from food industry to the chemical one. Some of characteristics come off from others:

• 100 programs can be saved
• 99 steps for each program
• Until 4 variables can be controlled in the same time (temperature, pressure, humidity, Fo, product temperature)

SCADA

It is a software application specially created to be used on computers in the production control, bringing a communication with field equipments (independent controllers, programmable robots ...), and automatically controlling the process from the computer's screen. Furthermore, it collects the whole information created during the production in the firm: quality verification, supervisory control, maintenance, temperature graphic, pressure, Fo, synoptic, ...

Naturally, it is made in real time and is created to allow the plant operator to control those processes.
