We have a wide range of instrumentation and accessories that allow processors and companies to validate their thermal processes in a simple and efficient way.
In our catalog we have both wireless and wired equipment that allow us to adapt to all situations.
Wireless equipment
The smallest in the market.
Our "Low Cost" wireless devices provide great versatility to the user when validating their thermal processes. The small size of our equipment allows its installation in any position of the process, thus achieving the most accurate data reading possible.
Our loggers are reusable and have a battery life between 150 and 200 processes (depending on the conditions of use).
Thermologger software
This is a practical and intuitive software that allows the programming and reading of our "Low Cost" wireless probes. Among other features, you can create projects to group all the readings downloaded from different probes and obtain graphs and relevant process information. It also allows advanced calculations on the thermal process delivered to the product (F0, P0, etc.).
High precision wireless DataTrace equipment
Discover the Datatrace product line. Datatrace wireless probes allow easy and reliable recording of the main process variables. Thanks to these devices, pressure, temperature and humidity data can be recorded. These devices are suitable for virtually any process, from freezing chambers, cold rooms, ambient temperature rooms, high temperature processes, including pasteurization and sterilization processes. All equipment is intrinsically safe and FDA compliant.

Thanks to their small size, they can be installed very close to the measuring point or even inside the equipment to be monitored.

They have a Radio Frequency module that retransmits the data in real time, allowing us to make decisions and apply the necessary corrective actions.

Thanks to the versatility of DTPro software, we can obtain high quality reports that will help us to improve the productivity of our processes and ensure that we always comply with current regulations.
Accessories
Poor installation of probes in our process can mean that the data recorded during our tests is not representative and therefore incorrect. To ensure that we always read the data properly, we have a wide range of accessories available. We can also manufacture custom accessories to suit your process
Calibration and Repair
Make sure that you comply with the current regulations. Teinco recommends calibration of all equipment every 12 months, in order to ensure proper operation.

SDBru cable kit
Designed to perform real-time data capture, log process data and export files in CSV format. It can be configured to support from 8 to 32 channels.
Software
Allows easy and intuitive access to process data. Performs the calculation of the F0 value at the end of the process, and the printing of data and graphs in PDF format.
